Return and Refund Policy


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Note: If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including innerwear, personal care products, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, final-sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
